Current Hours

From the NYC-Department of Parks Website:
  • The West Drive (Southbound) is OPEN to motorists during the following hours ONLY: Monday through Friday (except holidays), 5-7 pm.
  • The East Drive (Northbound) is OPEN to motorists during the following hours ONLY: Monday through Friday (except holidays), 7-9 am.
  • The Park Drive is closed to motorists at all other times.
