Join the Queens Committee for a relaxed ride from Astoria to the Rockaways and back, traveling through quiet neighborhoods, Prospect Park, on Shore Parkway and the Marine Parkway Bridge. Enjoy a guided tour of some of Fort Tilden's very active community buildings courtesy of the Rockaway Waterfront Alliance. We'll have a snack and then turn around, perhaps stopping at Di Fara Pizza in Midwood on the way back. 45-ish miles total, relaxed pace.

• Queens Meeting time: 8:30am at Queens Meeting place: Steinway Municipal Lot, Steinway Street between 31st Ave. and Broadway
• Brooklyn Meeting time: 10:15am at Grand Army Plaza, outside Prospect Park (map)
• Rockaway Meeting time: 11:30am at entrance to Fort Tilden on Beach 169th Street and Murray Road
