Info Session & Meet and Greet: Upper West Side Streets Renaissance & Livable Streets Education

Please join other parents, educators, and administrators to learn more about the Upper West Side Streets Renaissance & Livable Streets Education. These two programs help school communities make well-informed requests and advocate for change.Speakers for the session will include Lisa Sladkus and Kim Wiley-Schwartz.

Lisa Sladkus is a community organizer for Transportation Alternatives and works exclusively with the Upper West Side community on enacting changes to public spaces for a healthier, safer, and more sustainable community.

Kim Wiley-Schwartz is the director of Livable Streets Education, a project of the Livable Streets Initiative. She provides in-school residency programs and develops curriculum based on urban environmental issues.

There are TWO sessions for this event, both on the same day! Please choose which session works for you: 9:30am or 4:30pm (each session will go for about an hour).
