After years of tireless organizing, a Car-Free Central Park loop drive is now within our grasp. 75,000 New Yorkers have now signed the petition, and key NYC City Council members and organizations representing hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers are now solidly behind the campaign.

City officials and the media will be there to gauge public support for a car-free loop drive. Come to the rally on Oct. 26 at 7pm at 160 Central Park West at 76th Street.

Those attending the rally will also be treated to the new short film by Clarence Eckerson that features a wide array of citizens, leading urbanists, public health and environmental advocates all raising the call for a completely car-free loop drive.
