Long Island Non-Motorized Transportation Study

The Long Island Non-Motorized Transportation Study (LINMTS), sponsored by the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) and the New York Metropolitan Transportation Council, is working to address bicycle and pedestrian issues throughout Long Island . The study will identify improvements to make bicycling, walking, and other non-motorized transportation modes more attractive and convenient. In order to ensure that improvements reflect the needs of all Long Islanders, a survey has been developed that will allow you to offer your input as the study progresses.
