Following Judge Stallman's suggestion that participants of Critical Mass and the police engage in a constructive dialog, members of Time's-Up! and Transportation Alternatives were present at Community Council meeting of the 13th Precinct. A Time's-Up! member presented the Board with a number of recommendations for enforcement initiatives. The Council accepted the material and stated that they will take the suggestions into consideration.
