[Video available on WNBC website.]A man on a bicycle was hit by a police tow truck pulling into a tow pound Thursday night on Manhattan's West Side, police said.The 56-year-old bike rider, who was not identified immediately, was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.Police said the man was riding on the Hudson River bike path around 11:30 p.m. when he was hit by the truck, which was turning into the tow pound at 12th Avenue and 38th Street.
