Today, Transportation Alternatives launched a new website, TACandidateSurvey.org where voters can find where the candidates standing for election in 2009 stand on issues like congestion pricing, Bus Rapid Transit, the bike network, traffic crime and public space. 73 candidates for Mayor, Public Advocate, Comptroller, Borough President, Manhattan District Attorney and City Council responded to the seven-question survey, with questions targeted to each specific race and district.
