Beater Bikes and Black Clothes a Cycling Mecca Make

T.A. is surveying cycling levels and conditions in the East Village to figure out what makes it one of America's cycling centers. We hope to find that bicycles are over 10% of daily vehicle traffic and to recommend steps to encourage even more hiking.
