Operation Hazard ID2 Needs You

Last year the inaugural round of T.A.'s Operation Hazard ID catalogued, reported and spurred the repair of 150 street hazards on First through Eighth Avenues from 1st through 30th Streets. Because of its success and DOT's recent promise to fill more potholes, T.A. is renewing the program. But we need your help. Let us know if you want to join T.A. staff and comprehensively survey city roads laden with garbage can-filled cave-ins, arrays of potholes, dangerous grates and sunken manhole covers.
