Who: City Council candidates Isaac Abraham, Kenneth Baer, Douglas Biviano, Kenneth Diamondstone, Stephen Levin, Jo Anne Simon, Evan Thies

Candidates for the City Council seat representing Williamsburg, Greenpoint, DUMBO, Brooklyn Heights and Park Slope will debate in a candidates' forum sponsored by Transportation Alternatives tomorrow. The debate will be moderated by Neighbors Allied for Good Growth (NAG) board member Ward Dennis and T.A. Executive Director Paul Steely White, and will center on issues like the bicycle network, congestion pricing, truck traffic, pedestrian safety and public space. Participating candidates completed a questionnaire as part of Transportation Alternatives' 2009 Candidates Survey, viewable at TACandidateSurvey.org.
