TransAlt in the Media, March 2017

April 7, 2017

The dramatic, breathtaking (and hopefully) final battle in the 111th Street saga dominated this in-like-a-lion-out-like-a-lion March, beginning with Queens Organizer Juan Restrepo's tweet about offensive remarks by a member of Community Board 4. Our L-Ternative Visions design contest winners got reporters talking about our #PeopleWay proposal to prioritize buses, biking and walking to keep commuters moving during the L-Train shutdown... and beyond! Finally, Paul Steely White made Brooklyn Magazine's list of the top influencers in the part of NYC Marty Markowitz so memorably called the "borough of lanes" whilst crooning show tunes on his tricycle.
